Product details
ST's X coilover kit for the first-generation Veloster (FS), 2012-2017. ST is KW's lower-cost line - the dampers are built by KW in Germany - and the X kit is the simplest they make: ride height adjustable, damping fixed at a setting ST has matched to the springs.
- Front: galvanised steel coilover struts with a threaded polyamide-composite spring perch
- Rear: height-adjustable springs plus separate dampers, as the torsion-beam rear needs
- Lowering range (ST data): 30-50mm front, 40-55mm rear
It lowers the car and firms it up without the crashiness of a cheap coilover, but there is no damping adjustment and it will not sit at factory height - 30mm is the smallest drop. Fits both the 1.6 GDi and the 1.6 turbo FS. Not for the second-generation JS Veloster or the Veloster N.
