Read this before you buy. Many performance parts and tunes are not legal for use on public roads in the United States. The rules differ by state, and California is stricter than most. It is your responsibility to know what is legal where you drive and how you use the vehicle.
Federal (EPA)
Under the Clean Air Act it is illegal to tamper with, remove or render inoperative any emissions control device on a vehicle used on public roads. Parts we describe as race use only are sold for vehicles used exclusively in sanctioned competition and never on a public road.
California (CARB)
California requires an Executive Order (EO) number for aftermarket parts that affect emissions. Where a part carries an EO number we show it on the product page. Parts without an EO number cannot legally be installed on a pollution-controlled vehicle registered in California, and several other states follow CARB rules.

Tunes and calibrations
Our custom and pre-written calibrations are sold for off-road and competition use unless explicitly stated otherwise. Modifying your ECU may void your manufacturer warranty. We will tell you plainly what a given calibration does; what you do with the vehicle afterwards is your call and your responsibility.
