Product details

The louder of aFe's two axle-backs for the 1.6 turbo i30. There is no muffler in it (aFe's spec sheet confirms), so expect a clear rise in volume, a raspy four-cylinder note on throttle and some drone at highway cruise.

  • 3in stepping to 2-1/2in mandrel-bent 304 stainless, hand MIG-welded
  • Mitered merge collector, dual 4in tips in black, blue flame or polished
  • OE-style bayonet hangers, bolt-on, no cutting

aFe claim up to 9hp from their own dyno. On a standard car treat that as optimistic - this is a sound upgrade.

Fits: i30 SR / N Line 1.6T (PD) 2017-2021 and the US Elantra GT 1.6T (Sport / N Line) 2018-2020. Not the 2.0 i30, the i30 N or the Elantra Sport sedan (AD).
