Product details
Polyurethane shifter cable bushings for the MC Accent manual. The factory parts are rubber, rubber perishes, and on a car this age there is usually nothing left in them - the lever flops about and second gear becomes a guess.
- Polyurethane, direct replacement for the factory rubber
- Removes the free play at the cable ends
- Console-out job, no gearbox work
Honest assessment: this is maintenance more than modification. On a tired car it transforms the shift. On a low-kilometre one you will notice very little. It is cheap either way, and the only real downside is a bit more gearbox noise coming up through the lever.
