Supertech's dual spring kit for the rear-drive Lambda 3.8 V6: 24 dual springs, 24 titanium retainers (RET-K20A2/T2) and 24 seat locators, a full set for the 24-valve engine.
- 76lb seat pressure at 34.3mm, 184lb open at 10mm lift
- 13.0mm max lift, 19.5mm coil bind, 10lb/mm rate
- Chrome-silicon-vanadium springs, CNC-machined titanium retainers
The factory GDI spring is about 43lb at 34mm, so this is a big step up. That only matters with cams, a higher rev limit or forced induction; on a stock or bolt-on 3.8 it adds nothing.
Fits the Genesis Coupe 3.8 (2010-2016, MPI and GDI) and the Genesis sedan 3.8 (BH, 2009-2014). Not the 2.0T. Some US retailers also list the 2015-2016 DH Genesis 3.8; Supertech does not name it, so for a DH Genesis or G80, ask us first.
