Product details
Full 2.5in cat-back for the 1.6-litre turbo Veloster, cat flange back, mandrel bent, on the factory hanger locations. Dual rear exit.
Honest expectation: on a stock car this is a few kW and a much better noise. The real restriction on the FS turbo sits further forward in the downpipe and cat, so the cat-back on its own is a sound and weight change more than a power one. Pair it with a downpipe and a tune and it starts to matter.
- Aluminised steel - cheapest, will surface-rust in time.
- T304 stainless - the long-term choice.
- 4in tips - larger outlets, more presence at the back.
- T409 with carbon fibre tips - stainless body, carbon outlets.
