Product details
Manifold-and-converter assembly for the 2019-2020 Cerato BD with the 2.0. The BD runs a close-coupled converter cast into the exhaust manifold, so the whole thing comes off the head as one piece - this replaces it complete, with factory flange spacing and sensor bungs.
Stainless construction. Budget for new manifold-to-head gaskets and studs at the same time; the originals rarely come out clean after a few years of heat cycles.
This is repair work. It restores emissions compliance and clears a catalyst code. There is no power in a like-for-like converter on a naturally aspirated 2.0.
