Product details

Billet aluminium flywheel for the Genesis Coupe 3.8 V6 built up to 22 December 2011 (2010-2011 cars and 2012 cars built before that date). SPEC states it accepts either the factory clutch or a SPEC SY38x clutch kit, and those SPEC kits fit this flywheel or the SY38S steel version only.

What changes: lower rotating mass than stock, so the V6 revs up and falls faster, with sharper throttle response and easier rev-matching. Expect more idle rattle and easier stalling than stock. Best on a track, drift or weekend car rather than a quiet daily.

  • Not for cars built from January 2012 or the 2013-2016 GDi facelift.
  • Not for the 2.0T.
