Product details

One Supertech black-nitride intake valve for the Gamma 1.6. The turbo T-GDi (G4FJ) and the naturally aspirated GDi (G4FD) use the same factory intake valve. The nitride finish gives a hard, low-friction stem surface that resists guide wear.

  • 32.5mm head
  • 5.47mm stem, 93.15mm overall - matches the factory valve
  • Sold singly: the engine needs 8 intake valves

Supertech does not mark this intake as oversize (its matching exhaust is +1mm); have your machinist check the seats against your head before ordering a set. It is a rebuild part for a head that is coming apart anyway, usually with uprated springs, and adds no power by itself.

Fits the Veloster Turbo, FS (2012-2017) and JS (2019-2021), and the naturally aspirated FS 1.6 GDi (2011-2017). Not the 2.0 JS Veloster or the Veloster N.
