Product details
aFe Takeda Stage-2 intake for the second-generation Kona 1.6 T-GDi (SX2, 2024 on). The factory airbox and paper element are replaced by a roto-molded tube and a large conical Pro 5R filter behind a sealed heat shield, still fed by the standard cold-air inlet.
- Bolt-on to factory mounting points, no tune required
- Pro 5R oiled cotton gauze, washable and re-usable
- Sealed shield keeps the element out of radiator heat
Honest expectation: a small top-end gain and noticeably more induction noise on a standard car. The worthwhile gains come once the 1.6T is tuned and actually wants the extra airflow.
