Product details

A 240mm clutch and aluminium flywheel changeover kit for the manual 1.6 T-GDi (G4FJ) Hyundai and Kia cars. The clutch and flywheel go in together - Clutch Masters says it will not work with the factory or another brand's flywheel. Included: heavy-duty pressure plate, sprung disc, alignment tool and the flywheel.

  • FX100 - steel-backed organic, rated 250 ft-lb; near-stock pedal, for intake and exhaust cars
  • FX250 - Fiber Tough/organic hybrid, 315 ft-lb; the pick for a tuned street car
  • FX400 6-Puck - sprung ceramic, 450 ft-lb; big-turbo builds, abrupt engagement

The light flywheel sharpens revs but adds gear rattle. Fits the i30 / Elantra GT 1.6T, Elantra SR Turbo / Sport, Veloster Turbo (both generations) and Forte Koup / Forte5 1.6T. Not for DCT cars, the i30 N, Veloster N, the Smartstream 1.6T or the BD Cerato / Forte GT.
