Product details

Four progressive-rate lowering springs for the first-generation i30 hatch, lowering it about 35mm at the front and 25mm at the rear. Cold-coiled chrome-silicon wire, designed to run on the factory dampers, lifetime warranty against breakage.

  • Separate petrol and diesel sets, because the diesel carries more weight over the front
  • Lowering: approx. 35mm front / 25mm rear
  • 5-door hatch, 2007 to 02/2012

35mm at the front is a real drop. On a car this age, fit them with healthy dampers, because worn dampers and a big drop make a poor ride. You need a wheel alignment afterwards.

Fits: Korean-built i30 hatch (type FD), which covers every Australian-delivered FD i30. Not the Czech-built European type FDH (AST sells a separate FDH set), not the i30 cw wagon, not the 2012-on GD i30.
