Product details
The X-Pedal Pro is a plug-in throttle controller. In Australia it fits the i45 (YF) 2.4 GDI and the Optima (TF) 2.4 - not the i45 2.0 Active, which Injen do not list. In the US it covers the 2011-2014 Sonata and 2011-2015 Optima, 2.0T or 2.4, but not the 2015-on LF Sonata. It sits between the accelerator pedal and its loom and rescales the pedal signal, so a given pedal angle asks the ECU for more throttle - or less - than the factory map gives you.

- Plugs into the factory pedal connector - no cutting, no tune
Be clear about what this does: it adds no power. It removes the deliberate lag Hyundai and Kia build into the pedal map, which on a torque-converter automatic makes the car feel considerably more awake from a standstill. Reversible in a minute if you decide you do not like it.
